CAMI THE CAT

Well the Cat came back NOT the very next day oh the Cat came back--thought she was a gonner but the Cat came back...OH MY GOSH! Listen to this everyone! Cami is back! Our cat is alive and we will hopefully have her rejoin our family again soon!

Our cat got out one night (May 30th) while we were staying at Eric's parents house and we didn't notice until the next day when we hadn't seen her. She is an indoor cat. We searched all of the neighbors yards and even received tips from some neighbors that they might have seen her so we went back a couple of times looking again. Eric checked the shelter right before we left for Las Vegas but we weren't finding her. I felt sick that we would have to leave her behind not knowing if we would ever see her again. I felt even more sick when even after being in Vegas for a week, Taylor would ask in her prayers to keep Cami safe and help her find her way back to us. Heavenly Father has answered Taylor's prayer.

The neighbors across the street were the ones that found her and have been feeding her for the last couple of days. We are so glad that they considered us and remembered that this could possibly be our cat.

This is the third time I have given up on the fact that I would ever see her again. Oh the stories I could tell. I sometimes wonder if she doesn't really like us or if she is seriously deficient in her abilities to smell her way back home. Either way, we will hopefully find a way for her to come back to us and when she does, I will be sure to get a collar with identification put on her!

Well hello my long lost friend and roomie!!! It's been waaaaay too long! I'm so glad you're blogging and I have to thank Wendy for directing me to you via facebook. Love the web for it's connecting purposes ;]

YOUR FAMILY IS BEAUTIFUL!!! You have just darling children and I want to just squeeze Reagan's cute cheeks.

I can't believe you're in Henderson -- it has changed so much from when we were there....it even took a while on the google map to figure out where you were (all the new freeways everywhere) When we lived there we were off of Sunset Blvd between GVP and VV and were in the Green Valley ward. The number of children you mentioned that are in the Primary/Nursery floors me. Unreal - I'm in the primary here and we have maybe 40 kids on Sundays with 20 or so in nursery. Do you have a calling yet?

I'm so excited to be reconnected - please visit our blog - I hope you don't mind, you're already linked on mine - Jen checks it every so often so she'll love seeing you and Wendy! :) blah blah blah I could keep going and going! :) Guess I'm just excited!

Oh, and I'm so glad you found your kitty! ;]

Yeah! I can't wait to read your blog! Where are you guys anyway? Jen happened to be in Utah the week Reagan was born so she came and visited me at the hospital. She came with Dawn and it was a total surprise! Its nice that we can still keep in touch via the internet. To answer your question. We don't have callings yet and this ward is so huge and continues to grow so I'm not sure we will get one anytime soon.
